Every Friday your kindergartener will become a mini chef and our classroom will transform into a "Kinder Cafe." The kids will get the opportunity to create different recipes that relate to different themes we will be studying each week. This is a fun way for us to practice our handwriting and following multiple step directions. The students will record each recipe in their recipe books, follow the directions to create our snack, and then enjoy eating our creations. We will have a "cooking fund" that will help pay for the items needed for each recipe. I will send out a balance of the "cooking fund" each week in our Friday newsletter.
